Skyline Day is a very special day for Lions Club of Chennai Skyline; celebrated on December 10th every year to honour PMJF Lion L.K.S. Syed Ahamed, Past District Governor, Lions Clubs International, District 324 A1.
Lions Club of Chennai Skyline organized Eye Screening Camp at Al-Madrasathul Qayyoomiah, T.V.K. Nagar, Puliyanthope. Around 200 patients were tested by the expert doctors in the camp, while 6 were referred for eye surgery. The club also distributed free medicines, prescription glasses to the patients.
Seeing is believing, the response to the camp and happy faces of the patients has only inspired in us a greater passion to meet the humanitarian needs and live by our motto “We Serve”.
