𝗦𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘 – 𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗕 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗡𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗞𝗬𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝟳𝟵th 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬

The morning sky at Corporation Urdu School, Kandaswamy Kovil Street, Pattalam, Chennai, shimmered with anticipation as the tricolour unfurled gracefully in the breeze. Our dynamic and inspiring President, 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗿, led the ceremony with great pride, hoisting the National Flag and setting the tone for the day’s celebrations. Her dedication, vision, and hands-on leadership were evident in every detail of the event, inspiring members and children alike. As the flag ascended, the air resonated with the soulful voices of the students singing Sare Jahan Se Acha Hindustan Hamara, filling every heart with unity and patriotism.

The celebrations continued with vibrant cultural performances by the children – from energetic dances to inspiring skits.

A special highlight was a thought-provoking traffic safety awareness skit by the students of 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸, Egmore.

Our “𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵” drawing competition brought out the creativity of young minds, and winners as well as participants were rewarded with gifts.

An educational flier – “𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗠𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆” was distributed to spread awareness on safety rules among parents through their children.

We were honoured by the presence of senior 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗷𝗮 𝗦𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱, whose motivational speech left everyone inspired.

All performing students received a special gift, every child enjoyed snacks and a goodie box of dry fruits, and our Head Mistress, Teachers, and support staff were presented with a memento in appreciation. Snacks were also served to attending parents.

A big salute to the teamwork of Secretary 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗺 and Treasurer 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮, whose seamless coordination made the event a grand success. And of course, heartfelt gratitude to all our members – especially our spirited 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, whose enthusiasm lit up the day.

Together, we didn’t just celebrate Independence Day – we celebrated unity, creativity, and the power of community.
