There is no limit to the ways one can use their strengths to help the destitute and needy.
During our visit to REHOBOTH HOME for the mentally challenged women destitute, Iyyapanthngal today, Lion Katheeja Syed Ahamed was so emotionally moved by the plight of the inmates, she decided to support the home by volunteering to buy 300 nos of user friendly Canvas Shopping bags worth Rs.13,500/- stitched and made by the inmates of the home.
The proceeds from bag purchases directly help to benefit the inmates & the home – we admire Lion Katheeja’s gesture in making this happen and giving the inmates an opportunity to excel at a skill.
