On the 19th November, Our Club had organized an Introduction & Orientation Programme on Leo Clubs to the students of Dhaanish Ahamed College of Engineering. Around 100 potential students interested to join Leo Club of DACE, participated in this program.
Lion Mohammed Shadaan successfully spearheaded this programme. The Chief Guest was Lion Rakesh Jain – Past Council Chairperson Leo Clubs. Lion Rakesh Jain in his address explained to the audience his experience of being a Leo and how being a Leo can help the students in developing their personality.
The Keynote address was given by Lion Mohammed Shadaan. Lion Shadaan eloquently explained the benefits of joining Leo Club and how it can transform Leo members thinking, networking and other skills.
Lion Mohammed Shadaan also did a presentation on “Good Samaritan Law”, the session was truly awesome, well-articulated and appreciated by the participants. Ln. Shadaan very eloquently explained, “The Good Samaritan Law protects citizens from illegal harassment from Police or Courts; and empowers them to help accident victims & save lives without worry about consequences”.
